So you want to find a job or change your current job since it does not satisfy you.First of all, if you have a current job and want to change it, ask yourself, Why do you hate your job?

I have changed a lot of jobs, since non of them was good for me. I was a children surgeon in a local hospital, low salary and very tiring work schedule sucked out life of me. And I decided to quit. After some time I've graduated as a marketing manager at college. Than I've pursued marketing manager's career. I've worked in lots of companies , I was good at it. But in most companies I had a horrible boss,unfriendly staff and had to work overtime almost every friday. I'm still a marketing manager. But now I have a great boss, great staff we organise picknicks from time to time, I have a great working atmosphere. So How did I've found this company. P.S I don't write any of the companies names because I cant, It would have a negative impact on the companies and it's a free tips of how to get a great job, I just want to tell you some things I've done to get this job, and I don't want to advertise any of that company. So, I guess everyone knows that finding a job is a job itself. So , after getting burned few times I've decided that at first I have to make some investigation into the company I'm looking forward to work in. For this operation we have almighty "Google" , search for companies you want to work in, for example : Apple. You type Apple into Google, and you read all about it, if you have the ability it would be the best to go to the office of the company and ask workers about their job, about the boss, do they like it. Some of them will tell all about it, and some of them will lie that it's the best job in the world. Still ,you might get a very valuable information. So in short, you have to find as many information as you can , and than decide if you want to work there or no.

GETTING THE JOB :

You have gathered enough information and made your decision, now, how to apply for this job. First of all you have to write a CV. Don't write everything you have. For example: I was a surgeon, and suddenly I've switched to a marketing manager, this doesn't make any sense for the employer. This line says that I'm undecided of what I want to do in my life, even if it isn't the truth. So I didn't write that. Write only the information you think employer might find useful in the job you're applying for. In the past the photo in the CV was necessary, nowadays it isn't. But still, add a photo. If you're applying for a creative job, add a photo with a slight smile, bit still a formal photo, if you're applying for some engineering position, add a very formal photo from witch employer could form an opinion that you are reliable person.

After you've sent the CV, and been invited for a job interview, dress up for the job, if you're going to apply for engineering position go in formal suite, if for some marketing manager position or advertising manager position dress in suit but add something different, for example color shirt or some other detail witch would show your creativity. Don't overdo it. You've gathered information about the company, so using this information you need to guess employers needs. Come early , never be late for job interview, its better to come earlier that later.And also you will get use to the environment and be better mentally prepared for the interview. At the interview : There are some employers who will try to catch you with an element of surprise asking you some stupid question to see your reaction, never try to answer this question for seriously, you can joke about it if you believe that would help, but usually if employer asks you for example, how many basketball balls would fit into this room, just answer, something like "I don't think that it's somehow related with my future work, but to know that we would have to fill the room" or something that you imagination could generate. But never try to answer it seriously. All other questions depends on you. Good luck, that is the main keys to success.

Hello, I got to confess I'm not a pro in making online websites, but I want to tell you main things that made my life great. I'm a business man , I own a musical instrument store and now, I'm one of the main supplier of music goods to one of the biggest stars in the world. I won't tell my company name because I am writting this blog not to advertise, but to help you achieve your goals. When I started my career I was a musician in a local band. I was a keyboard player. You're point of view should be serious because you want to make money, but never think complicated , be relaxed, the most things you are nervous about you cant change. So if you nervous more, it won't solve anything. You should do lots of research before diving into your business, but never think that something is impossible. Everything is possible, the other question is what do you need. THE THIRD THING: always be sure of where you're getting into. You should do lots of research before deciding what business you want to create, and you always must do what you do the best. I was a great musician, that was a key to my success, others may be good in crafting wood, or making food, everyone has to find a niche in witch they're capable to compete with others. THE FORTH THING : I'm not going to continue my success story, I think the point is clear,you have to be brave, find a niche in witch you are the best, and never back down. The forth thing is simple, just never back down, you could search some internet marketing affiliate programs to make money for start. But don't get too exited about it . Some of people make fortune of it, most don't. Never forget what your main goal is, it isn't the internet marketing, it's your business, so it's only one of the ways of how to make money for the start.

I am a singer myself, I have played in a rock band and now, I'm a vocal coach.
When I started my journey through music I had very little knowledge about what I'm getting into it. I was obsessed by those fairy tails about when a producer comes to a local school and sees a talented child, he will makes him a star. But , If you want to be a singer , you have to work hard and never back down. First of all: You need a professional vocal coach. I mean professional! Because there's a lot of fake vocal coaches who teach you to strain your voice and in time, if you keep learning he's methods, you will end up speechless. So How To Select a Vocal Coach : It's really very simple. Good Vocal coach always teach you to listen and to repeat those colours of your voice that you can hear in music. In this way you will engage your vocal hearing and you will release a natural and unique voice of your own. If some vocal coach tells you that this is a nonsense. Run away as far as you can from this fake vocal coach, because he will only destroy your unique voice and make you a completely ordinary and dull singer. First of all it's Rhythm:

The most important thing in singing is a correct rhythm. If you find it hard to sing, or your voice doesn't sound good at all, it's because you sing in a wrong rhythm. To understand rhythm correctly , you will need to learn a little bit of theory. Go to a local library and find a book of music theory. Read about rhythm. For those who already know music theory , I will say that when you have to sing a note, there's strong and weak notes, usually in 4/4 meter the strong ones are first and third, on these notes your voice should already sound on a vowel, you have to very quickly pronounce the consonants so they wont be able to close your voice. So , on notes your vowel should already sound, and already be pronounced. This might be hard to understand at first, but its very important.

After that goes Correct vowel letter :

Correct vowel letter is another very important thing in singing, Usually people merge consonants and vowels into one unconcrete sound. It is very important that you pronounce a vowel letter correctly. The best way to practise this at home is to record yourself and listen if you can hear a clear vowel in your voice. Correct vowel is a gold of your voice.

And the last but not least Singing in the right key:

Most singers sing off key all the time. It was hard for me to understand this, but when I did, since then at singer contests , I always beat everyone else and win the grand prize. The secret to this is that you cant hear your voice. And you shouldn't even try. Singing is the same as speaking, you just have to think of the right note. Singing is your thoughts, just told loudly. You always have to hear your note in the music you sing. You should hear every single note in the harmony you're singing at , and your voice will always sound in the right key and the right colour. When I'm saying that most singers sing off key all the time, I mean that they sing it very formally and dull, their voice sounds static, but when you sing with the hearing of the harmony, your voice becomes magical, it might sound funny,but you will see people's faces when they hear you singing in harmony. They will be stunned. So the main thing you have to do is to never ever even for a one second release your hearing from the harmony. If you cant hear clearly the instruments your singing by, be sure, you're singing of tone.
